    I'm Emily Dobell and I'm a Consultant in Public Health working as part of the London Health & Justice Learning Hub (HJLH). Starting out as a clinical doctor and then training in Public Health, I've worked on health strategies in a number of organisations including local government, the NHS and the UK Health Security Agency.

    I’m Verity. I joined the Hub in January 2026 following 16 years working across Health and Justice settings. I have recently moved into a divisional role as Deputy Director of Nursing, where I provide nursing oversight across services including Health and Justice, Sexual Health, and Addictions. I bring a strong understanding of both the challenges and strengths within these services.
